At SMATS Group and aussieproperty.com, we feel strongly about assisting our communities and at our various seminars we ask for voluntary donations to raise funds for charities.
Our charity slogan “help others as we have tried to help you” was born from the fact that we make a sincere endeavour at our free seminars to advance the knowledge and success of the attendees.
We do not ask for an attendance fee, so we thought it appropriate to take make some productive gesture and use the occasions to raise funds and awareness of some important causes that we support.
We also work with organisations to support their causes when we hold joint events for their groups. If you would like to have a similar fund raising event for your organisation, email us at email@example.com.
To date we have proudly raised over A$5,000 that has been allocated to our main charities listed below and also to the Australian International School Singapore Fundraising Programs “School to School - Nepal”, “Youth off the Streets”, “Tabitha Cambodia Fund” and “Tsunami Building Fund”.
We greatly appreciate the generosity of our seminar attendees in supporting this important task.

Founded in 1971, Earthwatch Institute has grown to become a leader in the education and research fields surrounding the important issues affecting our environment.
With a high technical proficiency and dedicated approach to make a difference through research and education, this organization is a critical part of the solution to our many man made problems.
We were attracted by their broad range of productive programs, and long term commitment in this important area, which made our decision to include them under our fund raising programs a very easy one.
Established in 2005, Kiva is a Micro Finance website that connects individuals like us with less fortunate individuals in emerging and third world economies.
These loans are often under US$1,000 a time and attract no interest charge, but can make a huge difference in the area where the money is put to good use.
The loans are repaid over time and then the process begins once again.
The ability to go direct to the person that needs the funds and have the maximum community benefit was the prime reason we selected this organization.
